Compatibility preflight and a simulated trial

A Nexus trial can exist with no Tardy district, no pickup location, and no Chaperone family. Synthetic enrollment is simulated.

Supported in this trial: operational health, kiosk, and policy, as simulated checks. Unavailable: desktop management, and provisioning with ADB. Unverified: Android enterprise, the Android agent, Apple MDM, and monitoring. Android enterprise and a custom device-owner enrollment need external approval. A physical Android device is not verified here.

If a step is refused because an earlier step is missing, the server returns step_required and the next step name. Complete that step, then submit the refused step again. ADB and Developer Options are not the supported path.

When this server is using the durable trial store, the account remains after the browser closes and after the server stops. Resume requires the account id and the one-time recovery secret. The account id alone does not resume the trial. The recovery secret is shown once and must not be shared. A browser-only copy is not the record. Cancel unenrolls and does not wipe. An offline simulated device is not repaired until a later confirmation. Synthetic enrollment stays labeled simulated. This result is local-simulated. It is not physically verified.
